It was a wonderful experience to visit Vic Wyatt House , a vibrant Not-For-Profit Life Lease community providing supportive living for our 55+ residents. As your candidate for St. Norbert - Seine River , I believe that a strong city starts with listening to the people who built it.
Listening to Winnipeg’s Seniors
Engaging directly with the community is at the heart of my campaign. During my visit, I had the privilege of connecting with residents, listening to their stories, and hearing their concerns firsthand. Facilities like Vic Wyatt House are vital to our neighborhood, offering independence, security, and a strong sense of community for our older adults.
As we look toward the future of the City of Winnipeg, the needs of our seniors must be a top priority. From accessible transit and healthcare access to safe and affordable housing options, I am committed to ensuring that St. Norbert - Seine River remains a ward where residents of all ages can thrive.
