Our seniors are the heart, history, and foundation of St. Norbert - Seine River. They built our neighborhoods, raised our families, and dedicated their lives to making Winnipeg the city it is today. It is my deepest honour to sit with them, listen to their concerns, and earn their trust—one honest conversation at a time.
Why Senior Voices Matter at City Hall
Too often, the needs of our older residents are overlooked in municipal decision-making. When I speak with seniors across our ward, I hear the same clear priorities:
- Safety & Accessibility: Safe sidewalks, reliable transit, and accessible community spaces.
- Affordable Living: Protection from rising costs that threaten seniors on fixed incomes.
- Connection & Care: Strong support for senior centers, health services, and programs that combat isolation.
As your City Councillor, I will be a fierce and consistent advocate for these priorities—because a community that cares for its seniors is a community that cares for everyone.
